     Everything you need to learn about deeper levels of self-healing is already within you, waiting for you to discover it.  The Resting Postures DVD is simply a guide for finding this inner wisdom.  Use it to access your innate human capacity for self-healing. 

    All that is needed for you to get started practicing is a desire to do so. Practice anywhere you choose, although quiet and privacy will be important. You might lie on the floor, or on a bed, or in the grass. Instead of a chair, you may wish to use a coffee table or sofa or blankets to prop up your legs. Or, you could also just bring your knees up with your feet flat on the surface, together at the toes, heels an inch or so apart, knees together. This will yield about a 90 degree bend at the hips and knees and ankles. Dress warmly enough as you will be relaxing, with very little muscular movement to generate body warmth. Choosing a time to practice with no interruptions and within your regular routine will be helpful. All excuses for not practicing each day only deny you the benefits you seek. Ask yourelf, “How good do I want to feel?”
