Welcome, friend... The information you'll find within the following pages represents a wonderful opportunity for you. But, like most things of value in life, what you do with it is very important. If back pain, restless sleep, or anxiety are concerns for you, you'll find the simple and highly effective restorative yoga poses within very helpful. But, it's up to you... By commiting a few minutes each day to this practice of restful relaxation and attentive meditative breath, most body pain will be dramatically improved, restful sleep will evolve, and stress will be easier to handle.

As you get better at keeping an internal focus, your heart and respiration rates will slow down, but the amount of oxygen available to every cell will increase, and your immune functioning will get stronger. Simply stated, this is a simple, accessible and effective way to take more control over your body pain, overall health and quality of life.

With practice, you will learn to relax chronically held muscular tensions as you develop the sense of resting easily on your bones rather than holding yourself up with tight muscles.  The energy your body releases from these chronic muscular tensions can then be applied to healing you in more significant ways.  We enter into a more efficient level of self-healing as we learn to feel and control our level of internal tension, relaxing onto the bones, balancing with ease in gravity.

You will also learn how to observe your inner sensations and to correct inappropriate responses to them intentionally.  In this manner, pain which has altered our efficient relationship to gravity, can be overcome by deep relaxation and repair of the nervous system can come forward.  As we learn to ignore discomfort that has bent us out of balance, we can relearn coordination patterns for letting pain go.

These are capacities that each of us have as humans, but require time and practice to come to fruition.  I invite you to consider if these wonderful things could be yours.  Come on in...
